Facebook Poke Sends Woman To Jail

This is quite possibly the first case I've heard of something like this, a Tennessee woman, Shannon D. Jackson, was jailed for poking someone on Facebook. The "poke" feature on the social networking site is just a virtual nudge, but it appears that this poke crossed the line because the woman Jackson poked, Dana M. Hannah, had accused Jackson of stalking her.
Jackson had been ordered by a judge "to refrain from telephoning, contacting or otherwise communicating with [Hannah]," and the virtual "hello" violated this order.
I just have to say, wow, this is a tough one...no idea what to really think about on this one. I can't even remember the last time I even "poked" someone. Probably the facebook college days - before they even had photo albums! I was always kind of disturbed by this feature anyways...
